The incident reports (PDF) that all theme parks in the State of Florida have to submit to the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS) are now online for 2021 quarters 1 and 2.
Looking over the 2021 Quarter 1 & 2 incident report for the Walt Disney World Resort, there were six incidents reported, including one which resulted in a non-park-related fatality.
| February 15, 2021 | Gran Fiesta Tour (Epcot)
A 69-year-old female guest injured her ankle at the attraction. |
| March 13, 2021 | Kilimanjaro Safaris Expedition (Animal Kingdom)
A 72 -year-old female guest became ill while riding the attraction. |
| April 12, 2021 | Haunted Mansion (Magic Kingdom)
A 66 -year-old female guest fell and fractured her wrist while exiting the attraction. |
| May 30, 2021 | Spaceship Earth (Epcot)
A 58 -year-old male guest with a pre-existing condition passed out after exiting the attraction; he later passed away at the hospital. |
| June 19, 2021 | Teamboat Springs (Blizzard Beach Water Park)
A 43 -year-old male guest fractured his ankle while stepping into the tube. |
| June 29, 2021 | Avatar Flight of Passage (Animal Kingdom)
A 27-year-old male guest with a pre-existing condition had a seizure after experiencing the attraction. |
