ABCs of Diabetes is a free four-part series on diabetes self-management offered monthly January-November by the Marion County Public Health Department. Topics include diet, medications, exercise, monitoring, and long-term management.
Classes in March will take place at two locations: the Speedway Public Library, 5633 W. 25th St., on Wednesdays, March 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.; and the South District Health Office of the Marion County Public Health Department, 503 National Ave., on Thursdays, March 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Everyone who participates should plan on attending all four sessions of the class.
