FISHERS, Ind. — First Advantage, a provider of driver qualification and fleet legalization services, announced today it has hired Jeff Tankersley as vice president of fleet services. In his position, Tankersley will manage customer relations, strategic planning and new technology development. Additionally, he will focus on ensuring the best possible customer experience with First Advantage’s driver qualification and fleet legalization groups.
Tankersley has over 15 years of experience in traffic and logistics. Prior to joining First Advantage, he worked in the transportation industry as a director of trucking operations and in the supply chain industry as an operations manager. He has a successful record of supporting the growth of national and independent transportation companies in freight brokerage, third-party logistics, and transportation services. He specializes in reviewing operations, isolating operational inefficiencies, restructuring teams, and improving overall production and team morale. He received an MBA from Bethel University and a Masters of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas
