Oliver Winery, the largest winery located east of the Mississippi, has launched a hard cider. BeanBlossom Hard Cider is crafted from the juice of gently pressed Midwestern apples.
“We are thrilled to introduce BeanBlossom Hard Cider,” said Oliver Winery President Bill Oliver. “Oliver recently invested in advanced cider making technology, which shows our commitment to our
cider-drinking customers.”
Oliver Winery has state of the art equipment for winemaking that is perfectly suited for hard cider production. With the recent investment of over $1 million in a technologically advanced filling machine, the winery has set the stage to make and bottle a cider that captures the amazing flavors of Midwestern apples.
Oliver Winery’s hard cider is gluten-free and available in original and peach. It comes in 25.4 oz bomber bottles designed for sharing, with nine percent alcohol by volume. Oliver Winery chose nationally recognized artist, Kevin Pope, to create original label art for the cider.
“Crafting the very best hard cider starts with using the very best fruit. These Michigan apples are what give our cider soul,” said Oliver Winery President Bill Oliver. “We are proud to support Midwestern orchards and offer our customers such an exceptional product.”
The new BeanBlossom Hard Cider is available now at retailers for less than $10 per bottle.
