Peru District: Throughout this past weekend, the Indiana State Police Peru Post executed targeted patrols aimed at identifying and apprehending dangerous and impaired drivers across the district.
Key statistics from the weekend’s patrols include:
- 333 Traffic Stops
- 6 Arrests for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI)
- 9 Drug-Related Arrests
- 18 Driving While Suspended Prior/Operating Without Ever Receiving a License
- 3 Warrant Arrests
- 2 Vehicle Accident Reports
