The Fake News Media, a.k.a. “Mainstream Media” (MSM) and “Legacy Media”, cannot help themselves in pushing false narratives. We shouldn’t have to report on this, but here we are.

Directly from the Social Security Administration:

Recent reports in the media that Social Security plans to eliminate telephone services are inaccurate. SSA is increasing its protection for America’s seniors and other beneficiaries by eliminating the risk of fraud associated with changing bank account information by telephone.

SSA continuously investigates and analyzes potential threats to strengthen and secure our programs and protect people who receive benefits. Approximately 40 percent of Social Security direct deposit fraud is associated with someone calling SSA to change direct deposit bank information. SSA’s current protocol of simply asking identifying questions by telephone is no longer enough to prevent fraud.

If someone needs to change their bank account information on SSA’s record, they will need to either:

Use two-factor authentication with SSA’s “my Social Security” service; or

Visit a local Social Security office to prove their identity.

These methods align with most major banks.

All other SSA telephone services remain unchanged.

In other words, you cannot change your bank account information without making a phone call. All other telephone services remain as they were.

Mainstream Media Is Dying Due to their Deceitfulness

There’s a reason that MSM is quickly dying and this is yet another example of why many people are realizing that many media outlets cannot be trusted.

Don’t take our word for it, do your research and always go straight to the source. If there is no legitimate source listed, treat it as a work of fiction until you can verify it elsewhere.

Elon Musk Confirms DDoS Attack on X

In between the DDoS attacks, Elon Musk has confirmed the attack via X.

There was (still is) a massive cyberattack against 𝕏. We get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large, coordinated group and/or a country is involved. – @elonmusk

Dark Storm Claims Responsibility, But That’s Questionable

According to Legacy Media / Mainstream Media (MSM) sources, the hacktivist group Dark Storm has supposedly claimed responsibility.

This narrative is questionable since most hacking groups aren’t out to make such political statements, and the MSM is tying this to Russia as they seem to do for everything these days.

While we may never know who is actually behind this, it smells of government involvement. Taking down a website like ours via a DDoS is fairly simple, and it has happened before (it wouldn’t be shocking to have that happen after posting this). But taking down a service like X would require massive resources that even larger hacking groups probably don’t have at their disposal.

Food for thought. Just last week China said they’re ready for “any type of war”, and a cyberwar could very well fit the bill.

To be continued.
